Wedding Cupcake Tower

Happy New Year everyone.

A new year and a new beginning. Hopefully this year will bring good joy and happiness all throughout the year. :) . So, we'll start this new year with cupcake tower. I made a 5 tier wedding cupcake tower for a friend of mine, Nurrul Admiena Norrizan for her wedding reception in Seremban.

The theme color is blue,  pink and gold as requested by the bride. The top cake is a marble butter cake with cream cheese filling and with buttercream topping. As for the cupcake, it is combination of chocolate moist cupcake and vanilla cupcake with buttercream. Blue = chocolate moist and pink = vanilla.

Besides that also, I have made custom made bride and groom using fondant for the top of the cake. It is some sort of "Lego" character and to tell you the truth, it was my first attempt but I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Not only for wedding, can also be in any event including baby shower etc. It would be a talk of the town to have such cute, attractive and trendy cupcake tower in your important day. This cookies can be in any combination that you want. There are 4 base cookies : butter/vanilla, chocolate, coffee, orange and the chips: chocolate, white chocolate, coffee, strawberry. A variety of nuts can also be chosen: almond, walnut, etc.

Cupcakes

It is some sort of a trend nowadays people give cupcakes for doorgift. For large orders, usually I would suggest any flavor of cupcake with buttercream frosting as it would be easier to handle especially in hot climate in Malaysia.

Muffin

Among the favourite muffin that people requested is banana muffin, chocolate muffin, vanilla muffin, blueberry muffin. Basically, the muffin can be in any flavour and size that you want. Just let me know.

Paper Boxes

These paper boxes can be used for both cupcakes and muffin. You can choose any of the selection below. Any other ideas on the packaging can be discussed. It is your important day, so the design should be from what you think is the best. 

*there are also plastic round dome container/ or flat round container. Suitable for muffin/cupcakes.

Roses Decoration Cake

Today, I'm going to share the picture of roses decoration cake.

Chocolate heaven cake is the most favorite cake for this roses design cake. The pic for the below cake is ordered by Fida from HKL. Previously she ordered the same cake for her sister's nikah ceremony. Now she is ordering for her own engagement. Congratulation Fida. She said that the cake is a hit on that day .. Thanks Fida.

Also ordering the same cake is Suraya for her engagement ceremony also. It is a colorful roses decoration cake.  

The below cake is for engagement hantaran. 7' chocolate moist cake with fresh cream topping. It is white and purple themed. The cake stand is also available for rental.

Edible Image Cakes

It has been a while since I post anything on this blog.. Quite busy these days. I've been baking but not that much because I don't have much free time. In this post, i'll show you the the cakes/cupcakes that uses edible images.
The first is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for three birthday girls, Faqihah, Fatihah, Fahima.

Also barbie edible image cupcakes. It is 25 pcs (M) chocolate moist with buttercream frosting,

Besides that, there is order for Chocolate Heaven cake with Transformer Edible Image cake for Daniel's 11th Birthday.

Basketball , tennis, football, baseball ; a fan of sports Yusri Hakim. This is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cupcake with buttercream topping.

Elmo and cookie monster cupcake

It's 12 pcs vanilla cupcake with buttercream topping. I've used real choc chip cookies in the cookie monster mouth and oreo cookies for the elmo's mouth :

Princess Birthday Cake

This is a princess themed birthday cake  for my niece, Nur Hanis Natasya .. The below part of the cake is chocolate heaven and the princess is made of vanilla cake with buttercream frosting .

Engagement Cupcake

This engagement cupcake is ordered from my office mate, Hema malini for her brother's engagement. The theme colour is blue and gold. 100 piece of vanilla and chocolate cupcake with buttercream frosting. Thanks Hema and congrats to Sugu & Thulasi.

Cupcake Hantaran

This month I also made hantaran cupcake for Adam Hakkim Wong's wedding. 12 pieces of vanilla with cream coloured buttercream cupcake decorated with brown roses, small flowers and also butterflies.

Other than that, purple themed cupcake hantaran for Najihah's wedding. It is chocolate moist cupcake with purple buttercream frosting. 

For a friend of mine, Faralina Pahmi, cupcake hantaran for her engagement. Vanilla cupcake with buttercream featuring purple heart/love shape fondant and pink rose fondant. Congratulation..

Fully fondant cupcake wedding hantaran white, red and silver themed. Simple but yet so elegent, Ordered by Faralina for her cousin.

Wedding Cakes

It is school holiday season and as usual, lots of wedding reception here and there, and I am fortunate to create something for such an important day.
This is my first ever wedding cake and it is for my very best friend, Aishah.. Basically it is 2 tier wedding cake in which the lower level is the vanilla cupcake and the second tier is 12' vanilla cake, both butter cream frosting. As per requested by Aishah, it is full or roses and the best part is she really liked it.

I also made chocolate heaven cake for the cake cutting after the 'nikah' ceremony. It's pink, purple and grey themed cake. This is ordered by Fida from HKL for her sister's wedding.

Besides that, one more wedding cake for Adam Hakkim Wong and Puteri in Kedah, a simple 2 tier vanilla and vanilla buttercream cake. The lower tier is 12 inch and the upper tier is 9 inch cake.
