Happy New Year everyone.
A new year and a new beginning. Hopefully this year will bring good joy and happiness all throughout the year. :) . So, we'll start this new year with cupcake tower. I made a 5 tier wedding cupcake tower for a friend of mine, Nurrul Admiena Norrizan for her wedding reception in Seremban.
The theme color is blue, pink and gold as requested by the bride. The top cake is a marble butter cake with cream cheese filling and with buttercream topping. As for the cupcake, it is combination of chocolate moist cupcake and vanilla cupcake with buttercream. Blue = chocolate moist and pink = vanilla.
Besides that also, I have made custom made bride and groom using fondant for the top of the cake. It is some sort of "Lego" character and to tell you the truth, it was my first attempt but I'm satisfied with the outcome.
